Question of the Day
Yesterday's question of the day asked: Who were the first journalistic recipients that first year of Pulitzers? Herbert Bayard Swope, New York World, for articles entitled, "Inside the German Empire," and New-York Tribune, for an editorial article on the first anniversary of the sinking of the Lusitania.
Congratulations to Ken Walker of the Tampa Bay Times for being the the first to answer correctly! Honorable mentions also go out to Edward Tenner, Jeanne Kirk, Amy Zipkin and eschuman for all answering correctly.
Let's continue the same line of thought with today's question: When has a Pulitzer Prize been taken away, and what was the reason for the forfeiture?
