On the business side, we hear that Target Replaced CEO Steinhafel Following Massive Holiday Breach from Wall Street Journal’s Paul Ziobro. Dave Benoit there wrote, “Target needs a new CEO with retail and technology expertise? Anyone wondering if Ron Johnson's phone is ringing?” Janet Novack with Forbes simply called Steinhafel “Another victim of #IDtheft.”

Also from the Wall Street Journal, read an explanation for What is Alibaba? Hint: it’s China's biggest online commerce company. And it’s about to go public. Corinne Abrams with The Times said: “Not sure what China's Alibaba is? Here is an interactive guide with videos and charts.”

And in another part of the world, CNN reports that Boko Haram claims responsibility for girls' kidnapping in Nigeria. Patrick Baz with AFP tweeted this sinister quote from Haram: "I will sell them in the market."
