CBS News hires former NBC prez

Formerly the president of NBC NewsSteve Capus will soon join the ranks of CBS as executive producer for CBS Evening News With Scott Pelley as well as executive editor for CBS News overall. Capus served as president of NBC News from 2005 to 2013. Now that he's returned to news, in his evening producer role he'll be in direct competition with former colleague Brian Williams while in his editor role he'll be serving as a resource for the entire news organization.
