Fusion: The new place for "high profile Internet people"

May 20, 2014

Boom, indeed: Jezebel founder Anna Holmes is joining Felix Salmon at Fusion, too -- as Editor of Digital Voices and Storytelling.

That news was broken by Re/code's Peter Kafka, who writes, "So if Fusion makes sense for Felix, than it must be okay for other High Profile Internet People, too." The Dodo's Chris Tackett especially enjoyed Kafka's post, quoting from it, "'Felix didn’t hire me. I’m going to be Felix’s boss.' This is a fun @AnnaHolmes interview." And it really is, so we recommend you read it.

Meanwhile, to confirm the news, Holmes tweeted, simply, "It's true," before retweeting Kafka's piece.

At GigaOMMathew Ingram's attention has finally be caught: "Okay, now I'm interested — Anna Holmes is going to be @felixsalmon's boss at Fusion."
