It's time to take a look at RedEye Chicago, a daily publication put out by the Chicago Tribune with a target audience of 18 to 34-year-olds. Interesting fact: one reason that RedEye (not to be confused with Red Eye, or Red-Eye, or any other web site with a similar name) was launched was to address the Tribune's loss of younger readership.
