HuffPo UK's EIC soon to depart

Huffington Post UK will soon lose founding editor-in-chief Carla Buzasi, who returns to fashion as the inaugural global chief content officer for data and insight firm WGSN. Also previously a Marie Claire associate editor, Buzasi is credited with having pitched a UK version of HuffPo to founder Arianna Huffington years ago.

"All change! Off to pastures new. Proud of everything achieved @HuffPostUK & excited about amazing new role @WGSN," she tweeted today.

"Just woke up to the news! Woohoo, congrats - amazing move and fully earned," replied Andrew Losowsky, formerly with HuffPo himself. "Let me know next time you're in NYC!"

In her stead, executive editor Stephen Hull will take the reins as Buzasi's successor.

"Congrats to @stephenbhull as he takes over at @HuffPostUK. He'll do a fine job," predicted Martin Ashplant at City A.M.
