At the New York TimesJennifer Steinhauer is promoted to Mid-Atlantic Bureau Chief as Trip Gabriel prepares to move over to the paper's politics team. Steinhauer has covered Congress for the past four years while Gabriel is currently the national correspondent for the Mid-Atlantic region.
