Question of the Day

Yesterday's question asked: Marie Curie's second prize (Chemistry) was awarded in a completely different category from her first (Physics). Who is the only other Nobel laureate to win two different prizes (i.e., in two different categories) and which categories were they? That would be Linus Pauling, who won the Chemistry Prize in 1954 and the Peace Prize in 1962.

Congratulations to Ken Walker of the Tampa Bay Times for being the very first to answer both correctly! Honorable laurels go to Edward TennerThomas FeyerAmy ZipkinHollywood Highlands, Matthew DelmanPaul DelColle and Claudine Laforce for being right on the nose, too.

As for today's question, here it is: Today it was revealed that Neil Patrick Harris will host the Oscars. How did NPH choose to announce the news?
