FishbowlDC gets two new co-editors

Nov 11, 2014

First TVNewser, now FishbowlDC: Mediabistro's Washington media-centric web site has two new co-editors, as well, as previous editor Nick Massella departs for a new role at PBS (more on that later). Starting this week, FishbowlDC's reins are firmly in the hands of Brianna Ehley with The Fiscal Times and Damon Marx, who enters the news world after working in the front office of the Washington Wizards. Ehley will retain her role as Washington correspondent for the Times.

"Check out @Briannaehley's first post over at @FishbowlDC," entreats John McCarthy. Jon Stewart is as good a topic as any for an inaugural piece as editor! For good measure, here's Marx's first post (on Politico's new look), as well.

Meanwhile, Massella's next stop is director of audience engagement and communications for PBS Newshour.

"BIG news for a GREAT guy: FishbowlDC editor @NickMassella is joining PBS NewsHour as the director of audience engagement and communications," praised Politico's Christine Delargy.

Don’t forget - if you change your job in journalism or move to a different news organization, be sure to email Kirsten (kirsten [at] sawhorsemedia [dot] com) so we can reflect your new title. News job changes only, please! Thanks!
