Former NPR exec finds a home at NYT

It's nice to finally know where former NPR executive Kinsey Wilson is headed. A month after being let go by the public radio news organization, Wilson has landed on his feet as the next Editor for Innovation and Strategy at the New York Times.

Or as Minnesota Public Radio's Bob Collins bills it, "Kinsey Wilson finds a home at a little publication called the new York Times." Oh, is that all!

"Thrilled to be joining @nytimes and setting off on a whole new adventure," Wilson tweets.

"Oh, my yes," NYT's Jeremy Bowers greets the news. "Welcome to the team, @kinseywilson. Let’s get lunch!"

Back at NPR, Scott Montgomery chimes in with the tweet, "Congratulations to @kinseywilson on his new role @nytimes. A great match for journalism's future."

Don’t forget - if you change your job in journalism or move to a different news organization, be sure to email Kirsten (kirsten [at] sawhorsemedia [dot] com) so we can reflect your new title. News job changes only, please! Thanks!
