Wednesday's question of the day

Our last question asked: NASA has released an extremely detailed, gig-antic (not a typo!) image of a very tiny part of one of our nearest deep-space neighbors. Which "neighbor" is that? How many gigs of disk space does the image require? That would be the Andromeda Galaxy, the image of which requires 4.3 GB of disk space, making it the largest picture ever taken!

Congratulations to @.l.interpretations for being the very first to answer both parts! Honorable mentions belong to Tom BastekKen WalkerMarty RayCarrie GrayRachel Roh and Annie M. Dance for also getting that exactly right!
As for today's question, here it is: Tell us the unusual plaintiff suing Fox News, as well as the stated reason why? Be sure to answer both parts!
