WaPo Cairo chief takes on transportation

Washington Post's Abigail Hauslohner is swapping Cairo for D.C.; the Cairo bureau chief will soon be a transportation and development reporter for the Post. It should be a big and well-deserved change for Hauslohner, who spearheaded WaPo's coverage on last summer's Egyptian uprising, "constantly putting herself in harm’s way to get the story." You may also recognize Hauslohner's byline from the incredibly brave post she penned on rape two months ago.
