Question of the day

Jul 01, 2015

Our last question asked: According to Gawker, how much is the city of McKinney, Texas charging for a public records request concerning emails? That would be $79,229.09, to be quite precise.

Congrats to Craig Pittman of the Tampa Bay Times for being the very first to get that right! Honorable mentions go out to Kim Norris, Jeanne Kirk (who notes "that should help the city coffers"), Brian Hyland (who remarks "pretty sure the computer is getting paid more than I am"), Ken Walker (who also shares this picture), Andrew Holtz, Carrie Gray, Ron Casalotti (who quips "because it takes Brother Dominic quite a long time to transcribe them by hand"), Jacqui Maher and John D'Anna (who concludes "which is $79,000 too much").

As for today's question, here it is: What did the White House recently lift a ban on?
