Question of the day

Sep 23, 2015

Our last question asked: According to Mashable, more people have died from what than shark attacks this year? Selfies, supposedly -- although it's worth noting that WashPost says that's ridiculous.

Congratulations to CNN's David Daniel (who adds "Now, a shark with a selfie stick - THAT'S terrifying!") for being the very first to get that right! Honorable mentions go out to Craig PittmanChuck Tanowitz (who notes "Though, I haven't yet personally experienced an injury...."), Ken Walker (who wonders "So, then, how many died while taking shark selfies? It doesn't say"), Charlotte LoBuono (who adds "Say cheese!!"), Rachel Sentes (who reflects "Narcissism is alive and well!"), Lauren WeaverCarrie GrayAnita Ferrer (who suggests we "blame the Kardashians"), Robin Tierney (who points out "BTW, like drugs, not a good idea to take them while driving"), Hollywood HighlandsMark Poepsel (who chose to answer the question by tweeting this video), Chris BackeMelissa Neumann (who adds "Because ego kills"), Waterfield Designs (who calls selfies "the most dangerous form of vanity yet!"), Claudine LaforceRobert Fortner and Ranjeet Singh. Shout out to Margo Howard for guessing "drone strikes!"

As for today's question, here it is: Where do we think #PizzaRat got his slice, anyway? All suggested theories and guesses welcome!
