  • Marissa Cetin (at right) joins New York Magazine as associate editor, social media for The Cut. Cetin comes from The Daily Mail, where she served as deputy social media editor.
  • Olivia Sterns boards NBC News and MSNBC as business and technology correspondent for both networks. Sterns joins from Bloomberg TV, where she was a news reporter.
  • Matt O’Brien will head to the Providence, R.I. bureau of the Associated Press as a State House reporter starting Dec. 7. O’Brien is finishing up at the San Jose Mercury News as a reporter covering Google and the tech industry.
