Congratulations to Carrie Gray of Columbia Journalism for being the very first to answer that correctly (and adding "(Um, journalism is a career, which equals a salary"). Honorable mentions go out to Elaine S. Povich, Ken Walker (who added this appropriate reaction gif to his answer), Mark Gibbs (who had a few choice words for the editor, and followed them up with, "that must be authentic journalism 'cause I wasn't paid to write it"), Martin Berliner (who adds "Good luck with that!") and Ron Casalotti for all getting that exactly right, as well!
