  • Karla Martínez (at right) is the newly anointed editor-in-chief of Vogue Mexico and Latin America just two months after first joining there as associate editor. Martínez has also been with several U.S. publications, such as Vogue U.S., The New York TimesT Magazine and Elle.
  • Bloomberg moves Patricia Laya to Washington to cover the economy. Laya leaves behind her post at their Mexico City bureau, where she was a reporter.
  • Madina Toure is now a politics reporter for The New York Observer. Toure most recently freelanced for Africa.com and reported for TimesLedger Newspapers.
