Yesterday, we asked: This treatment is considered the oldest surgical procedure known to man. Even though it involves drilling a few holes in the skull (most likely without anesthesia!), it was commonly used to treat migraines and seizures. What is it?

Answer: That delightful procedure is known as trepanning.
