Joanna Firneno joins Muck Rack as director of customer success

As Sean Czarnecki reports in PRWeek, Joanna Firneno has joined the team at Muck Rack as director of customer success, where she’ll be partnering with clients to ensure their success using the platform. Most recently contracted to handle marketing and business development for the CLIO Awards, Firneno previously led content strategy for Deep Focus and worked on digital comms for Weight Watchers, MTV and Pepsi. She started her career way back in the early days of social media, running MySpace accounts for characters from the HBO show Entourage. Welcome aboard, Joanna!
