Question of the Day

May 19, 2017

Yesterday, we asked: Dogs aren’t the only animals doing police work. What animal might you find on patrol in China’s Xinjiang province?

Answer: It is, bizarrely, geese. According to a 2013 piece in the Telegraph: “Geese are very brave. They spread their wings and will attack any strangers entering [someone’s] home,” according to the local police chief.

This time, congrats once more to Craig Pittman‏ who was the first to tweet in correctly and honestly we don’t know how he does it all the time.

Your question of the day for today is…In 2006, “A Handmaid’s Tale” author Margaret Atwood invented what device that allowed her to greet fans around the world from the comfort of her own home.
