Featured Journalist: Eydie Cubarrubia

Jul 13, 2017

Today’s featured journalist is Eydie Cubarrubia, a freelance editor, web producer, writer and “ideator extraordinaire.” Eydie started her career as a features and, later, crime reporter in Florida. After spending two years teaching English in Japan, she covered lifestyles and culture for a year as an editor in China, and then wrote about the “business of technology” for Red Herring magazine. Since then she’s held editorial roles with a variety of outlets, including the news blog Mobile Marketing Watch, Law360, the New York Daily News and, most recently, GLabs (the commercial content studio of the Guardian US News & Media). Eydie calls herself a “master storyteller,” and you’ll see why when you check out her portfolio and full bio on Muck Rack.
