WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Donald Trump has made his selection for the next full-time head of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, according to U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin. Testifying before lawmakers on Thursday, Mnuchin did not name the person tapped for the job, but said the decision had been made and the individual is going through background checks before a formal announcement.
Quebec police continued the search on Tuesday for a toddler swept away in a swollen Quebec river and said her stepfather's body had been found, the first fatality in floods that have inundated the Canadian province.
