I'm Doug Strickland, a Chattanooga, Tennessee based independent photojournalist.

I worked as a photojournalist at the Danville Advocate-Messenger in Danville, Kentucky, and the Texarkana Gazette in Texarkana, Texas, before relocating to Chattanooga to tell the daily stories of my home town. I spent six and a half years as a photojournalist at the Chattanooga Times Free Press, where I was a Pulitzer Prize finalist.
