DAYTONA BEACH — The Go-Karts, Tilt-A-Whirl and roller coaster that call a Boardwalk lot home have had a harrowing six months — and the months ahead might not be much better.In October, the waterfront rides were hammered by Hurricane Matthew's relentless wind and storm surge.
