@virginmedia Thanks. My issue is that I'd previously rung up (about a month ago) and was told by a CS manager that I'd have one month's bill refunded back for the constantly bad service and downtime, and that refund has yet to happen. Happy to DM my account number. Appreciate your help.
@virginmedia "Network issues might be affecting TV and broadband services at the moment. Our engineer is working to fix the problem." ETA fix is 4pm - the whole working day basically gone. As mentioned, this is the 5th/6th time in 3 months this same problem has happened. And still no refund.
@virginmedia Broadband fault in my area - again - 5th/6th time in 3 months. I work from home and this service has been a disaster. I was promised a refund on my last bill and haven't had that come through either. Can we please sort this out? Thanks for the help.
