Why did you become a journalist?

Journalism is a combination of story-telling and current events, which are two of my favorite things to talk about.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Don't be afraid to charge forward and ask a question and reach out for an interview. No interviewee is "too important" for you.

When's the best time to pitch you?

Early Morning (6AM-8AM) or Afternoon/Evening (3PM-8PM) PST.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

At a chessboard, reading, or behind the camera.
