Due to overwhelming demand, a further 12 dates have been announced for the second UK & Ireland Tour of the Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning musical Jersey Boys, taking the tour through to March 2019.
Where did the British tradition of ghost stories at Christmas come from? Dickens’s hero Ebenezer Scrooge being hounded by his deceased colleague on the night of Christmas Eve? Or does it go further back than that? One of our most successful and memorable horror writers is MR James (1862-1936) whose creepy supernatural tales of tormented spirits and paranormal happenings continue to excite and enthral us.
The drab and derivative title is hardly inspiring, but don’t let that fool you: 1990 is a clever slice of 1970s television drama starring one of the biggest names of the day – Edward Woodward – who leads an amazing cast of British character actors. Derivative because fables that are a reflection on our current time but set in the near future can’t help but recall Orwell’s 1984 – published in 1948.
@AskeBay It doesn't limit them though, does it? I have blocked buyers for not paying with a list as long as your arm. Because they get away with it. How can you justify them having a "100%" feedback rating??????
@AskeBay oh, and I replied to the email “response” to my complaint and had a bounce back saying I can’t reply. So basically, I get fobbed off with a lie and have no right of reply. This is why I’m ceasing trading on eBay - you treat sellers with contempt.
@AskeBay are you deliberately missing the point? Why am I unable to leave negative feedback? Why are buyers allowed to get away with this? Why do they have a 100% rating? It’s obscene. I would like to warn other sellers publicly, not through “Report a Buyer”. Not good enough.
@AskeBay perhaps if sellers could give feedback to deceitful buyers there would be a disincentive to them acting dishonestly and not paying. Just admit eBay doesn’t care at all about protecting sellers and stop insulting my intelligence with lies.
@AskeBay rubbish. I am regularly asked to provide feedback of buyers. The buyer in question here has a 100% rating. I would like to redress this balance & warn sellers by leaving feedback but can’t because I had to open unpaid item case against them. Explain how this is fair.
Muck Rack makes it simple to find people, tweets, or articles that mention any name, keyword, company, hashtag etc. We've compiled this guide to help you make the most of your search.
Selecting a term
Start searching tweets, articles from media outlets, articles mentioned in tweets, journalists'
names, titles and bios with some suggested searches:
Companies or Topics (e.g. iPhone, Microsoft)
Phrases (e.g. "cloud computing") — use quotes to keep the terms together
Twitter handles (e.g. @username) — returns those who have mentioned or replied to
Names (e.g. "David Pogue")
Hashtags (e.g. #sxsw, #london2012)
Bio details (e.g. vegan, Olympics, father)
Muck Rack's Advanced Search allows for many boolean operators.
Find results that mention multiple specified terms, use AND or
+. For example, ensure each result contains both Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg by
searching Musk AND Zuckerberg or Musk + Zuckerberg.
Use the operators OR or , to broaden your search when you'd like either of
multiple terms to appear in results. (This is the default behavior of our search when no operators
are used). For example, results will contain either cake or cookie by searching cake OR cookie or cake, cookie
Use NOT or - to subtract results from your search. For
example, searching Disney will yield results about the Walt Disney Company as well as Walt Disney
World Resort. To exclude mentions of Disney World, search for Disney -World or Disney
When using one of these operators with a phrase, enclose it in quotation marks. For example, you can
find results about smartphones excluding Apple's iPhone 4S by searching smartphone -"iPhone
Exact case matching or punctuation
If you're searching for a brand name or keyword that relies on specific punctuation marks or capitalization, you can
find results that match your exact query by adding matchcase: before the keyword you're searching for, like matchcase:E*TRADE .
Use parentheses to separate multiple
boolean phrases. For example, to find journalists talking about having fun in Disney World or
Disneyland, search for ("disney world" OR disneyland) AND fun.
An asterisk can be used to search for any variation of a root word truncated by the asterisk. For example, searching for admin* will return results for administrator, administration, administer, administered, etc.
A near operator is an AND operator where you can control the distance between the words. You can vary the distance the near operation uses by adding a forward slash and number (between 0-99) such as strawberries NEAR/10 "whipped cream", which means the strawberries must exist within 10 words of "whipped cream".
