FAA issues Notice confirming that ATC services will not be being provided to model aircraft or to any UAS operating at or below 400ft AGL. But ATC may still provide services to Part 107 & public UAS operated above 400 ft AGL. 
@dronelaws I agree. Of course it only took TSA almost 10 years to make the right decision.
Ding, dong, the witch is dead (for now) - TSA is formally withdrawing its NPRM for the large aircraft security program. 7,000 public comments & "evaluation of risk based principles" made TSA change its mind. 
In the aftermath of FAA's revocation of a repair station's certificate for improper parts overhauls, FAA has issued a SAFO recommending removal/quarantine & inspection of all of those parts to confirm airworthiness before return to service. 
FAA Legal: Positive buoyancy does not affect weight of #sUAS on takeoff for purposes of § 107.3 definition, but may be considered in support of a request for waiver of certain operational restrictions.
