Fall River Reporter reached out to two sitting school committee members and asked them some questions about the status of the teacher contract negotiations. Below are the responses from Kevin Aguiar and Collin Dias. 1. I feel there are many residents and families in Fall River who have no idea what is going on with the teacher contract. First of all, can you tell us the basics? Are the teachers currently working without a contract? How long have the recent negotiations been going on?

A public records request made by the Massachusetts GOP yielded thousands of pages documenting serious incidents that occurred involving migrants currently being housed in shelters throughout the state. In an email from Logan Trupiano, Director of Communications for the MassGOP, the party attached files of documents from 2022, 2023 and 2024, each with copies of incident reports filed by the managing party of each shelter.

The Somerset Republican Town Committee will be hosting its first Town Hall event on Friday, March 7th from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. The event, which will take place at the new Somerset Middle School located at 1141 Brayton Avenue, is open and free to the public.
