What was your first job as a journalist?

I started reporting for the local CBS affiliate (WISC-TV) when I was a senior at the University of Wisconsin -Madison.

Many times -- along with way too much WhiteOut. God bless computers.

Who's your favorite fictional journalist?

Mary Richards. She had spunk. Lou Grant hated spunk.
