Beyond Meat Inc. piled on the beef-substitute market value as it headed for what could be the year’s best debut for a U.S. initial public offering. The maker of vegan beef and sausage substitutes soared, rising as much as 192 percent from its IPO price of $25 share. The shares opened at $46 and were up 158 percent to $64.41 at 3:23 p.m. in New York, giving the company a market value of about $3.7 billion.
