MAHANOY CITY — The 2018 Week of Prayer for Christian Unity will be observed internationally from Jan. 18 to 25, but Christians of various denominations gathered in advance Sunday to mark Christ-ian Unity Sunday at St. Cecilia Chapel. The chapel, a worship center for St. Teresa of Calcutta Roman Catholic Church, opened its doors to pray to God for the unity of all Christians. The prayer service is held each year by the Mahanoy Area Ministerial Association.

Use parentheses to separate multiple
