A Madera man has been charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence. Gregory Allen Millinder Jr., 32, was arraigned Friday at Clearfield County District Judge James Hawkins’s office. He posted $100,000 bail, according to court records. Millinder is also facing related charges of homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, DUI, involuntary manslaughter, endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person.
A Hawk Run man will stand trial for criminal homicide in relation to the shooting death of a Philipsburg man. Dustin Tyler Thomas, 27, is also charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person after the incident on Oct. 30 in Morris Township, Clearfield County. After a preliminary hearing during centralized court Wednesday, District Judge Jerry Nevling ruled all charges be sent onto the Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.
An Osceola Mills man accused of assaulting his 3-week-old daughter pleaded guilty Wednesday morning in Clearfield County Court. Aaron Mills, 33, is charged with eight counts of aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, criminal conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia, four counts of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. His trial scheduled for mid-December has been canceled, according to a court employee.

Use parentheses to separate multiple
