Introduction Gender equity for anaesthetists remains elusive, despite patient and clinician benefits. Many strategies have been proposed to promote gender equity, yet women remain under-represented in anaesthesia leadership compared with men. This review identifies contemporary implemented strategies to improve gender equity in anaesthesia leadership. Methods We searched databases for studies published from January 2019 to March 2024, including reports of implementation.

1 Introduction Invasions of non-native plant species can alter the species composition and functional variation of the vegetative community (Vilà et al. 2011), consequently impacting ecosystem processes within the invaded system (Liao et al. 2008; Pyšek et al. 2012; Jo et al. 2017; Wardle and Peltzer 2017; Livingstone et al. 2020). Non-native species exhibit trait syndromes that often diverge from their native counterparts (van Kleunen et al. 2010; Fridley et al. 2022; Garbowski et al. 2024).
