Sam Del Viscio’s final season of high school girls lacrosse was a memorable one.She helped Villa Joseph Marie to its first District One Class 2A tournament appearance in seven years.The senior midfielder scored the 200th goal of her career, ending the season with 61 goals, 23 assists, 62 ground balls, nine caused turnovers and 16 draw controls. For her accomplishments, Del Viscio is the Courier Times Player of the Year for girls lacrosse for the second year in a row.
LOWER GWYNEDD — It’s not always easy to beat the same team three times in season.But the Gwynedd Mercy Academy girls lacrosse team accomplished that feat on Wednesday, defeating visiting Villa Joseph Marie 20-9 in the opening round of the District One Class 2A tournament.It was the third meeting of the season for the two programs, which both hail from the Athletic Association of Catholic Academies. Gwynedd Mercy won both regular-season meetings, 17-7 and 19-4.

Find results that mention multiple specified terms, use AND or

Exact case matching or punctuation
If you're searching for a brand name or keyword that relies on specific punctuation marks or capitalization, you can
find results that match your exact query by adding matchcase: before the keyword you're searching for, like matchcase:E*TRADE .
Use parentheses to separate multiple
boolean phrases. For example, to find journalists talking about having fun in Disney World or
Disneyland, search for ("disney world" OR disneyland) AND fun.
An asterisk can be used to search for any variation of a root word truncated by the asterisk. For example, searching for admin* will return results for administrator, administration, administer, administered, etc.
A near operator is an AND operator where you can control the distance between the words. You can vary the distance the near operation uses by adding a forward slash and number (between 0-99) such as strawberries NEAR/10 "whipped cream", which means the strawberries must exist within 10 words of "whipped cream".
