Jacob Paul Skorniak, 50, is charged with forcible rape and kidnapping to commit rape.
POWAY (CNS) - A head-on collision in Poway Wednesday left two people in critical condition, two others less severely injured and prompted authorities to shut down a stretch of a busy roadway.
