More than 30 different canned dog foods have been pulled from shelves at retailers across the country, including Saline County, after studies find the euthanasia drug pentobarbital, according to reports. Results of the months-long investigation were released earlier this week. Smucker’s, owner of nearly all of the brands, announced a voluntary withdrawal. Brands include Gravy Train, Kibbles ‘N Bits, Skippy and Ol’ Roy. Walmart has removed the brands from all 4,700 stores in the nation.
