Pensions advisor Gary Pullin became a carer due to his passion for helping others. But when he had access to a vulnerable woman’s money he helped himself to that, a court was told. Pullin, who worked at Warmley Hourt care home, in Warmley, admitted stealing £6,200 from resident Emma Owen by using her bank card. The 45-year-old, of Tower Road South, Warmley, pleaded guilty to theft. Judge William Hart handed him a 16-month jail term suspended for two years.
