By Doug Buchanan A popular tourist attraction that debuted in Columbus last year is back for a second run. The Ohio Chinese Lantern Festival opens tonight at the Ohio Expo Center and will run through Jan. 7. Presented by Tianyu Arts & Culture Inc., it will be open nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. This year it will feature 39 illuminated displays crafted by Chinese artisans. There will also be performances, crafts, as well as traditional Chinese foods.
