“I’m really impressed with the turn-out,” said Josh Rodrigue, parade director. “I like the atmosphere here. It’s packed here at Water Street and Earl Garrett.”It is, thusfar, the largest turnout as far as registered parade participants, Rodrigue said. “We have 91 floats, trucks and groups combined,” he said. One new Kerrville resident, Dolores Turner, said it was her first time to see a Christmas parade. “We just moved here from Georgetown,” Turner said.
