If you're like me, and you've had your fitness level and weight teeter-totter over the years, you become something of an expert when it comes to your body. When I'm being disciplined with regard to my exercise and eating habits, the results are almost always the same. If I'm doing a decent job with my eating habits, first, my bloat disappears. Second, my face begins to look noticeably thinner, followed by my shirts fitting more comfortably, then my waistline ... I call it the good shrinkage.
