The first woman to successfully land a 1080 in competition, Kelly Clark has been a member of the U.S. Snowboarding for well over a decade. A three-time Olympic medalist, she is currently competing in her fifth Winter Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea. Born on July 26, 1983, in Newport, Rhode Island, Kelly Clark began snowboarding at the age of seven. By the time she was in her mid-teens, she was taking part in competitions. In 2000, she officially joined the U.S. Snowboard Team.
