This week is a good reminder that pretty much anything you can make in the oven, you can make in the smoker... And add that delicious wood smoke flavor. This weekend I was in the mood for meatloaf. The recipe here is not my usual meatloaf, but it was very tasty. Meatloaf can get to go if you over mix it, so I like to mix all the other ingredients together first, then fold it into the meat. When done form it into a loaf.
