Ballots for the Nov. 7 general election were mailed on Oct. 18, according to King County Elections. If you are registered to vote, you will receive a ballot in the mail. The ballot for Mercer Island residents features races for three City Council seats and two School Board seats. There are also contested races for King County Executive and King County Sheriff. King County Proposition No. 1, a levy lid lift for veterans, seniors and vulnerable populations, is on the ballot.
