Monroeville Manager Tim Little expects construction on the $200,000 project to start by spring, pending the public bidding process. Funds for the elevator came from a $100,000 state grant in March and $40,000 from the library's budget. The rest of the money was raised through fundraisers in 2016, Library Director Nicole Henline said. “It's so exciting,” she said.
