A creamy banana! It’s sweet and keeps me going for a couple of hours. I usually have Nākd bars or a protein-packed smoothie blended with hemp seeds, or pea protein powder. I do lots of yoga stretches to open up my back, as well as opening my hips, to get the whole body feeling good. I like to run with a good beat – Levels by Avicci normally does the trick. I follow my team mates, fitness bloggers, sports icons, and those ‘what to get up to in London’ blogs for inspiration when I have time off.
