Recent reports show that millennial’s and the up and coming Gen Z’s, those about to turn 21, are bypassing the beer case and replacing that with spirits and wine. Chris Bettini is a beer and liquor expert with the Crescent Moon in Omaha and says that is true to some extent. Bettini says, “I think the trend is definitely changing away from the macro-produced. When it comes to the craft beer, that segment of the market is growing. What I see is that people are wanting new flavors.
