1 pound potatoes, about two cups, mashed 2 packages active dry yeastPeel potatoes and boil until tender; drain and mash. Slowly stir in milk, butter, honey and salt. If necessary, heat to 110 degrees. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix yeast with water. Let stand five minutes. Combine potato mixture, eggs and 3 cups flour. Gradually mix in 3 1/2 cups flour. Turn out on floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes, adding additional flour as needed.
