Add some zing to your lunch with avocado and mango salsa. Have your avocado, mango, various seasonings and follow this recipe to get creative with your salsa. Place the avocado in a serving bowl and mix with the lime juice. Mix in the mango, tomato, onion, scotch bonnet pepper, cilantro, chadon beni and salt. If you want it less spicy take out the seeds of the scotch bonnet pepper or replace with a pimento pepper if you prefer your salsa mild.
