It reminds me more of life under the Stasi, the East German secret police, than anything remotely American. Even so, it condenses crucial, life- and career-saving advice for Tennessee lawyers. I am tempted to say we practice during a crisis in lawyer mental health and substance abuse. But that’s not right. “Crisis” suggests a finite period of danger.
